When you use our contact forms, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, property address, size, property type, floor, number of rooms and details of your inquiry. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.

How information is intended to be used

Information submitted through our forms is used to respond to a property assessment or management inquiry and to coordinate requested services. A free assessment is an initial market-based opinion, not a certified appraisal. Marketing communications would require a separate, appropriate legal basis.

Contact forms and service providers

Property assessments, management inquiries and Zoom consultation requests are transmitted securely to our Supabase-powered inquiry system and stored in our private CRM, where Shlomo Yener can review and respond to them. Information may include contact details, property details, the message you submit, your selected time zone and preferred consultation times. Consultation requests do not automatically create or confirm a Zoom meeting.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Our inquiry data is processed with Supabase. These providers may process technical or personal data in accordance with their applicable terms, safeguards and service arrangements. Please contact us to ask about specific data handling and retention.

External services

The site provides links to third-party services, including WhatsApp and email. Zoom consultations are arranged separately after a request is reviewed. Using an external link may involve the privacy practices of that provider. The site loads Google Fonts; visitors may connect to Google's font servers when viewing the site.
